Hi all,
in KP06, using planning profile I am able to enter the plan data for a single cost center, for one cost element while creating file description. At the time of generating file description system showing one excel file , there i have entered plan values for one cost center and for one cost element. Up to this everything is OK. My doubt is how can I prepare the excel sheet to upload the values of multiple cost centers? I have to provide the template to the users to give upload data.
Please advise me.

Hi,
Prepare the layout in KP67 transaction or use the standard layout also.
Then maintain the data as per the layout.
For example the line item is like that 1 costcenter continously with multiple costelement then second costcenter then continously.
after preparing the excel file,now go to KP06,select the same planner profile as you choose to maintain data,now give the file path & upload the data,the system will upload all the data.

thanks for your reply. I am able to upload for one cost center data only. for example I am uploading data for the cost center 11001310 , cost elements 4010110,4010120,4010130 like that. Here I am able to give the data for one cost center only. If I give for single cost center system uploading the data without errors. If I give multiple cost centers data in the same upload excel sheet system throwing errors. In the upload excel sheet how to give a break between two cost centers?

Hi Rajeswari,
I couldnt understand your query. Assuming that you are not able to enter plan data for multiple cost centers in the Trans KP06.
In Transaction KP06 selection screen there is a field for Cost Center Group & Cost Element Group.You can create your own Cost Center Group with the Cost Centers you want.And choose the Form-Based radion button.
This will help you to enter plan data for multiple Cost centers.
Give the error message you are getting.
Revert back if you are solved.

In KP06 , I am trying to upload data through excel. In that excel I am able to give only single cost center data . But I want to upload multiple cost centers data in one stretch. In that upload excel sheet I want to know how to maintain second cost center data , third cost center data etc., in the same sheet.
