Problem with versions

Hi frds,

I have a sub workflow which is having 2 versions. Previously in production version 1 was activated.

We have transported the second version to production as we want second version to be activated in PRD.

Now if i see the workflow it shows that version 2 is activated.

But if i run the new instance then it calls the previous version only.

Kindy suggest where i m going wrong; and what can be the reason for this

    Hi Manish,

    I am not sure what could be the issue behind this.

    Did you try refreshing the buffer using SWU_OBUF ?

    Try creating a fresh instance of the workflow after refreshing the buffer and test if it still calls the old version.

    Please do this in Production

    Go to PFTC_DIS->Workflow Template number->Display->Goto->Workflow Builder->Choose Version

    Check which Version is activated.

    The version which is activated will have the Workflow Instance cfreated for that.
