Pricing procedure for shipment cost cal not copied into shipping document

Hello Gurus

I have maintained shipment cost calculation procedure(SDFC00) at

SPRO>Log Execution>Transportation>Basic transportation>Route>Define routes>Define routes & stages,

However when I go into VT01n screen and add deliveries to shipment document and click on 'PLANNING' button, system copies ROUTE and SERVICE AGENT details. It does not bring over the pricing procedure(SDFC00) into a shipment. My copy routine on the shipment type reads as # 7. Does anybody know resolution to this problem.

Also I need to default the shipment cost relevance check box on a shipment header, so how do I achieve it.

Any help appreciate greatly with points.

Regards

hello, friend.

please check the configuration settings for relevance to shipment cost calculation. follow the menu path IMG > Logistics Execution > Transportation > Shipment Costs > Shipment Cost Document.

some of the t-codes you may use are: T_56, T_57, T_71, T_72 and T_73.

also, please check your shipment document (VT01N, VT02N) if the box for shipment cost has been ticked.

regards.

Hello Jonathan,

Thank you though for your response.

I looked at all the config points which you suggested me to check and I do not see anything wrong with it. My only concern is why pricing procedure maintained for route does not get copied over to shipment when everything else does if the shipment is in planning stage.

Do you see pricing procedure getting copied over to shipment header along with route and service agent detail in your system? I know for sure it use be the case when I was working at a different client site.
