Hello,
I have a running inbound (client -> SAP PI) AXIS web service with HTTP protocol. Now, I want to change it to use HTTPS instead.
I'm figuring out what are the steps required to enable HTTPS for this. Are these are the things needs to be done:
- Enable HTTPS in SAP PI with the following steps (Believe it or not, SSL Enabling for your PI 7.31 EHP1(Java only) is a cake walk now.)
- Generate self-signed Certificate to be used
- Change the SAP PI endpoint URL from HTTP to HTTPS.
The thing that I want to ask is that, is it possible to use self-signed certificate without sending public certificate to client?
Thank you.
Regards,
Suwandi C.
