Hi,
The DB instance and the Central Instance have suddenly gone missing from my SAP MMC today. I am not able to figure out why this has happened.
Iam getting the following error -
Cannot connect to SAP Service on qp-ng-181504
Web Service Error:20
Unknown error
DCOM Interface Error:80070424
The specified service does not exist as an installed service
Please suggest what i should do to restore the MMC to its original?

Hi Padmalatha,
Go into the MMC and try to ADD the SAP Snap in, if this does not work, re-register the service with
sapstartserv.exe

Try to follow the Note

just start the services and open the MMC again.
If the services are not there then you can use sapstartsrv.exe to recreate the services.
