Opening TI SCreen from ABSL Code

Hi there,

I am writing ab ABSL Script, which creates a new instance if a service request (Ticket).

The script is triggered by an button.

After I received the newly created TicketID I want to open the Think Inspector (TI) of the service request and show the new ticket.

This have to be triggered by the ABSL script, not from a link etc?

Is there a way to do that?

Hi Jens,

I think this is linked to the second issue you reported right?

I will check that but in general if you want to create a button on standard TI on toolbar which handles the Events , you can follow my blog for the same.
