How to download Organizational Structure?

Hello All,

I have a requirement that,

go to t.code ppom_old.

give organizational unit and in View(Sub Screen) check the radio button basic daat and Human resource view and click 'enter'--->(Organizational structure will display)--->Now click on Structural Graphics(Shift+F8)-->

Organizational Structure will Open.

by clicking on print it will ask you in which format CGM or PostScript the stucture to be download. On click on print File will download.

This downloaded format was not supporting i.e, not opening in Adobe or Word or Execel.

Now my requirement is This Organizational should be downloaded in PDF or Excel or word or what ever format which is supported by PC.

Note: Even i tried to covert the .ps and .cgm format to PDF and Word and Excel but nothing worked.

Help me out in this!!!
