Issue in COA when printing from T-Code QC22

Dear Folks,

While Printing COA for a certain Material/Batch from T-Code QC22 the specifications like Inspection Characteristics at the Header level are not appearing,

Instead the entire column are grayed out. Header parameters like Delivery Number,Customer Number etc are grayed out.

While Printing from QC03 with the same script it prints properly without any issues.

Are there any configuration that needs to be maintained in table SM30 for these header parameters to print in QC22? Please Help!

Do have a custom COA program? Using a custom COA program can cause QC22 to not function as expected.

Hi Craig,

Yes we are using a custom driver program to print the COA output from QC22.

Are there any alternative to this?

Because when we try printing the same from QC20 (Using Delivery Number of the same Material/Batch instead) we are able to print the COA.

Please suggest what needs to be done.

No there are no options that I'm aware of except to copy the QC22 transaction to a Z transaction and modify it.
