Application help is not launching

Hi,

Whenever i launch the application help function from the help menu of a sap screen the system always says "No documentation found". However when i try from other sap boxes for the same application help then it brings up the respective sap documentation in an IE browser.

why is the first sap box not bringing up the sap documentation in the IE browser? Do i have to do any settings for that?

Alternatively you can setup online help documentation via SPRO also.

SPRO

-> SAP Reference IMG

->SAP NetWeaver

->General Settings

->Setting Variants for Help (SAP Library)

->New Entries

->PlainHtmlHttp

And fill the information as required taking from help.sap.com url.

Can you please help me, where we will get variant name.

is there any settings can be done in application server for the same.

Please help me on this.

My system is ECC 6.0.

You need to install the SAP Help library via SR13 before you can use it.
