how to config for profile match up setup in recruitment.. how to match profile? (This is not E recruitment).. SAP Gurus waiting for your kind reply..

you only need to set up master data for vacancy and add applicant details in SAP then standard profile match up execute will give you results

You will maintain requirement against vacancy and qualification aganist applicants then you will execute profile match up and system will give you results with percentage of who is how much feasible for vacancy.
