Unit of Measure not found product creation

I have been looking around through questions, but sadly haven't found an answer yet.

I'm trying to create products on a test tenant but this isn't successful due to no unit of measures being found. I looked at the activity list - fine tuning and added some unit of measures (such as batch, each, etc...) to test it out and still those aren't shown when I'm trying to create a product. (which in term is useful for me to look at product lists , create opportunities, look at price lists etc...)

The system isn't connected to the ECC system since this is a test enviroment for me to get to know C4C first.

All tips are welcome!

Hello Celine,

Please make sure the added UOM in the FT under Quantities and Units of Measure are released status, if they are released and still not shown in the drop down of UOM field in product creation report an incident to SAP.

Thank you for the response. I've dispatched an issue to SAP as I tried your proposed solution, yet sadly it didn't change the the drop down field.
