Hello,
We have a sizing problem in PI.
We have developed interface which is working fine in dev.
When we run the PI interfaces only for specific customer or handful of customers, it works, however, when we run for big range (like it will be the case in production daily), the messages are getting stuck in queue.
Can anyone let me know what we can do to solve this kind of issue.
regards,
vikrant

Hi,
This may be based on Profile parameter configuration.
Try to find the SMQ2 error and start analyzes the possibility tuning parameters.

Hi,
I dont think it is a sizing issue. Check for notes.... this queue problem is sometimes faced on PI 7.1.

Hi,
I think hardwaer point of view we need to increase RAM size and some specific basis settings in XI. Meanwhile configure Packaging technique to prevent this type of problems. For packaging configuration find below link for more help.

Most of the time packaging technique will prevent your problem. Meanwhile clear/archive RWB messages on daily or weekly basis.
