Hi Friends,
I have multiple files in ECC at server level, these files I have to send to Target ECC system using XI is it possible without file adapter, if it is possible what is the mechanism, Please help me in this issue.
Regards,
Shalini Shah.
Hi,
Without File Adapter not possible in XI/PI. How can we pick file without adapter. Meanwhile if you execute any script also we need adapter (why because script also executing on adapter before or after command line).
According to your requirement better to configure bypass scenario (without IR). Through this mechanism we can transfer any type of file. This scenario will work independently on data file.
For bypass scenario find below link for more help

I hope now clear

Some time we use with XI server only to transfer file from one folder/server to another one.
For this scenario we can use only with integration directory in the XI.
for step by step guide See this [http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/26/0b8b3f81fef93de10000000a114084/frameset.htm]

Hi,
This file copy is possible without using XI. Try to Use Shell script to copy OS level files from one location to another.
