How to Integrate S/4 HANA With GK-SOFT POS using SAP PI

Hi All,

I have two questions:

1- I need to integrate SAP S/4 HANA with POS by GK using SAP PI
2- Is it mandatory to use SAP CAR or SAP POS DM in the landscape for this scenario

I reviewed SAP Note 2239431 but XI Content attached doesn't have any communication scenario in the integration builder.

If there's any detailed step by step documentation for this scenario.
