Reg:CA from dev to QA server

Hi...

I have used CA in my interface in the development server. That interface is working fine.We have moved the same interface to quality server. The CA is also installed in the Quality server. But when we run the scenario in the quality server, we r getting the below error..

"Message processing failed. Cause: java.lang.Exception: Transform failed, Error received when running CA engine - java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com.itemfield.contentmaster.ParserEngine, check that the Conversion Agent is insatalled correctly."

Can you please help to solve this issue....

    hey it clearly shows that conversion engine/project deployment is faulty...

    Hi leela,

    Each support pack CA version will varied.Check the support pack of DEV and QA server.Also check the CA versions also.If version varied then you need to import the older version file to new version and redeploy the file.It will work.

    When the QA server is restarted, my interface is working fine.
