Not able to send attachment to SAP

We are communicating with SAP Support on certain issues and having trouble

trying to send any attachments along with the message.

Send Message to SAP action is executed successfully but there is a

warning attached to it saying "Invalid entries in field". The documents

that are being attached with those messages are not visible to SAP

Support. Also using web access we are not able to see those attachments.

We have tried "DOC, LOG and ZIP" attachments but none of them is

visible.

Please help out in this matter anyone.
