PRRW displays no documents to Post to FI?

Hi Experts,

In our system we just upgraded from

SAP_ABA SAPKA70014 to SAPKA70018

SAP_HR SAPKE60038 to SAPKE60038

EA-HR SAPKGPHD38 to SAPK-60312INEAHR

and can no longer see the Trip Transfer Douments for the run. This means we can no longer post documents to FI using tcode PRRW.

When we run transaction PRFI it says the trip was successfully included in posting run with postable amounts. Then we run transaction PRRW to see the Trip Transfer Documents for the Run number and no documents are displayed.

Can anyone give us an indication of what SAP programs have changed via the upgrade that may now be causing this problem?

Any suggestions as to how to fix this so that documents are posted into FI.

Thanks

Christine

    Hello Christine,

The program was never change. The posting run management should still be the same even after your upgrade.

Would it be possible if you could open a Customer Message for this?

    Thanks and Regards,

    Raynard

Thanks for the confirmation that standard SAP had not changed in this area after the upgrade. We found the problem was with the SPAU we had not copied our modifications correctly in include program LHRTSF01. Once this was corrected functionality worked correctly.
