Hi gurus
I have a question regarding Managing scheduling for multiple time zones. We are having our units in 3 different time zones viz
New Jersey (EST)
Las Vegas (PST) (3 hrs behind EST)
New Mexico (MST) (2 Hrs behind EST)
The main SAP server is in EST, however the orders will be placed through CRM in their respective locations. So ideally it would be great if the local time for the scheduled order would show up in the system for the respective units.
Now I have configured Delivery Scheduling in hours based on the shipping point, by maintaining Working Hours (Shift definition, Shift Sequence, working times ). In working times we have a facility to enter the time zone. Initially I had maintained their respective time zones in the working times for the units. I tried to place an order for the unit in Las Vegas & New Mexico (I am present in NJ), however the times for the units shows up in EST.
Is it because I am sitting in NJ ?
Kindly tell me step by step how to configure the scheduling so that the local time is shown on the order placed for the respective units.
All the units have their shipping stations work from 9 - 5 from Mon- Fri.
Thanks in advance
Due points will be alloted

Hello,
Check follow settings:
The user's timezone setting in SU01=>Defaults Tab=>"Personal Time Zone"=>
Set time zone via T Code STZAC
Then talk to Basis team to create User ID for Batch job creation to run background in SM37 with User time zone (it is in user profile) MST/PST to setup the local time instead of your system EST time. Create schedule backround job in Tcode SM36 with User ID created for Batch job. Then it will resolve your problem permanently according to time zone.
