Where to find a deployed application on server

Hello,

Have been looking at the link below:

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/03/f6bc3d42f46c33e10000000a11405a/frameset.htm

and it seems to state that upon deployment, the information is placed on the j2ee server.

In the process, the following .sca file was created

xac.comXAC_COMP_1XAE_XACTrk_C.sca and inside there is a file called test.jsp,

How can you find the deployed application on the j2ee server?

How do you run it?

TIA

    hi ,

u can find the deployed application under content admin, webdynpro, deployed content.

u can search the packege under which u have created ur application.

navigate to your application, double click and click on run button .

    Hi harris,

According to NWDS7.1, when we deploy the ESS/MSS application, then SCA files stores in this location. <>\usr\sap\CE1\J00\j2ee\temp\devserver\sap.com\test_impl\gen\deploy. In the same way check for NWDS7.0

    Regards,

    Anil.

I don't have access to any server right now to check the exact path, but it should be something like /usr/sap/DEX/DVEBMGS30/j2ee/cluster/server0/apps and maybe servlet at the end. Browse around and you will find it.

You run your application through accessing http[s]://server:port/[context-root]/test.jsp

Context root is configured in application.xml for your application.

Found out that there are more steps to be done when accessing a .jsp that has been deployed.
