Post flat file to webserver

Hello,

I am using SAP class CL_HTTP_CLIENT to post a file to external windows webserver. I am not able to post a file. Not sure if I am missing any config. Any tips would be helpful.

check this blog...it shows pure ABAP-based interface development and does not mention the use of XI...

however i found some threads in this forum (Process Integration) related to CL_HTTP_CLIENT....you need this at ABAP side to communicate with a webService....correct me if i am wrong...
