Dear Amith
Add LQCB in V10000 header output also and check. Also check that recipeint you have created is for sold to party customer maintain in the sales order.
This is working for me. if not working sendthe config and transaction setting you have done

I ahve checked both these steps and both are already existing but stil delivery is not being detected
1) Make sure that LQCB is available in the out put determination procedure
SPRO > QM>Quality Certificates> Output Determination> Output Determination Procedure>Edit Output Determination Procedure> V10000> in control data LQCB is available
2) Assign this output determination procedure to delivery item category
SPRO > QM>Quality Certificates> Output Determination> Output Determination Procedure>Assign Output Determination Procedure to Delivery Item Category > assign the output procedure V10000 against the item category
Dear Amith
Try in VV21- for eg customer is 20001 Maintain for LQCB
Customer - 20001
Fuction- SP
partner - 20001
medium 1
Date time - 3
langauge EN
Amith this will not automaticaly get assgned to already made delivery. create a new delivery and check in the delivery extras > delivery out > header / item > you can see LQCB

Dear Amith,
This can be achieved through Config
1) Make sure that LQCB is available in the out put determination procedure
SPRO > QM>Quality Certificates> Output Determination> Output Determination Procedure>Edit Output Determination Procedure> V10000> in control data LQCB is available
2) Assign this output determination procedure to delivery item category
SPRO > QM>Quality Certificates> Output Determination> Output Determination Procedure>Assign Output Determination Procedure to Delivery Item Category > assign the output procedure V10000 against the item category
Let me know if you have any issues

HI Gajesh,
Thanks for reply.
Above configuration is already done, but this is available in V20001 Item Output not in V10000 header output as per your suggestions, please tell me if this is correct or not.
Valid assignment is aslo made in output determination procedure for item cat TAN.
But still in delivery I am not able to see the relevent output.
Please tell me where I am going wrong.
Regards,
Amit Shirsath.
Please check that the output type is assigned in the delivery. I have found that if I setup a certificate recipient in VV21 after the delivery has been created for that recipient, then I need to manually assign the output type to the delivery so that it can be processed. I do this in VL02N, highlight the item line in the delivery and then select the menu path "Extras"> "Delivery Output"> "Item". Enter the output type and save the delivery. Now the output can be processed either in the delivery or through the QC20 transaction.

Thanks for the reply Angela.
I was not assigning the output type in delivery document.
But, this is a very tedious job, can we preconfigure all the setting in customizing, so that by default for all the deliveries this output type (LQCB) will be defaulty attached to each dispatch document.
Waiting for replies.
