SAP-Internal in Role

Hi,

In role maintanence transaction, I don't see any tab named "SAP-Internal".

I am setting up the role properties as shown in this link => http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/EN/44/d811d3daba5705e10000000a1553f6/content.htm

What could be the reason?
