Custom Text IDs in Support message


Hi All,

We have created a new Text ID under the Text object CRM_ORDERH. The new text Id has been assigne to text procedure SLFN0001.

Now we are getting the new text Id in the transaction CRMD_ORDER and we are able to enter

info under the new text id. When the support message is getting saved the text entered for the

new Text Id is not visible under the 'Overview' tab. But it is getting udpated in database 'STXH'.

Can you please help to resolve the same?
