physical inventory docs in the previous period

Hi Gurus,

The physical inventory docs were created in the previous period and now the period is closed. The docs are stuck.These docs needs to be deleted and then reran so we can correct inventory. Pleaase help

Use MI02 to delete the physical inventory documents and recreate them with MI01, MI04, MI07, etc.

Once the documents are deleted, how long before the record clears?

And... by deleting the document will it have an effect on the current inventory number?
