Adding F4 help to the field unloading point in transaction IW31

Hi Gurus,

I have an issue wherein I have to add asearch help to the field ABLAD (Unloading Point) in transaction IW31.

Please let me know the User Exits or BADI names through which I can fulfill my purpose.

The business requirement is very simple: due to the users not conforming to a standard for this field and it being difficult for stores personnel to determine the point of distribution, some companies have reverted to a selection table (search help dropdown) of predefined 'Unloading Points' that is known to the stores. I wish that SAP would do a standard development to facilitate this as simple master data.
