PC : How can we summarize the email notification

Hi ,

In the Process chain after the Data load is complete we need to send an automated email notification .

This email has to say that " THE DATA LOAD IS COMPLETE " . Along with this message I am getting the LOG FOR THE PROCESS and LOG FOR RESPECTIVE BACKGROUND JOB.

Request to share how we can rectify the LOG messages in the automated email notification.
