Help needed. 500 Internal Server Error

Dear Expert,

I have eidt one of the standard service and trying to deploy the ear file to the server. When i deploy it to the development portal. I manage to run the application fine. However, when i tried to deploy the same ear file to the QA server, i got a 500 internal sever error.

Anyone knows how to fix this?
