Withholding tax configuration Copy possible?

Hi,

we have withholding tax configuration in one of my company code,now we wanted to do the same configuration for the 2nd company code.

Is it possible to copy the withholding tax configuration from 1st company code to 2nd company code? If YES,how can i proceed? please advice me
