Deployment of CR

Hi,

I discover after I deployed & replaced a crystal report template, I lost all the instance history of that report template.

Is there a way to keep the old instance history after the deployment?

And does I need to input the database password everytime I deploy to BOE? If I deploy 5 reports, I need to input 5 times for each report?

You can modify the report in the BOE environments, and the instance does not changing. Publishing the report will delete the instance.
