Hi
All messages which are going to FTP server are stuck. Till yesterday it was working fine. Now I could see all the messages which are going to three different FTP server are in "TO BE DELIVERED" state and remaing messges which are going to R/3, webservice etc are working fine.
These messages are in this state from last 6 hours.. I could not see any error in SXMB_MONI or Runtime workbench. Cache is also working fine.
Could you please help me in this.
Regards
Sowmya

Hi,
I checked in SMQ2 no messages are stuck in the Queue.
It is happining for two different interface which are connected to two different FTP servers.
I dont think both at the same time FTP servers doesn't have space to place the files.
These FTP servers are client systems and we don't have access to check.
In Audit log I can see only following three messages
1.Message successfully received by messaging system. Profile: XI URL: http://sxiprod:50000/MessagingSystem/receive/AFW/XI Credential (User): PIISUSER
2.Using connection File_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System. Trying to put the message into the receive queue.
3. Message successfully put into the queue.

HI,
Actually our XI system is installed in HP-UX system. We dont have rights to restart service through Visual Admin and our basis team is not available at this moment.
The note which you had given is for sender communication channels. But here I am facing problems with File receiver communication channel.
Any other suggestions.
Hi Sowmya,
Just check if the
1) FTP servers are running.
2) Enough space in the server to write the files
3) Audit log
And if everything looks good, then restart the message from MDT.
Regards!

Sowmya,
Please check SMQ2 to see why the message are stuck.
Post the error(s) if they cannot be restarted.
Hope this helps!
