Custom IDOC Config

Hi All,

I've created a custom idoc to send order details to third party. I've created partner profiles, message types, etc.

But I want to trigger this IDOC when ever PO is created.

Please help in steps involved in NACE to trigger this IDOC.

Hi Perez,

if the idoc wan to trigger when ever the PO is created...

the you need to create the right partner profile for the PO..

and you need to assign OUtput type for the message type in the nace transaction..

and set the medium if it is EDI assign 6 if it is ale assign 5 medium for mace transaction and output type

and check the box that send the idoc immediately or collect idocs or manually ..

and when you create PO then go to menu OUtput type messages see the line in added for your ouptut type automatically or not..

else assign the output type and medium and save..
