Maintenance Optimizer error: No web services for Software Lifecycle Manager

Hello All,

we are updating the SP on our Solman installation, now we are trying to approve some files to download and when we access the maintenance optimizer transaction on step download files appear:

Software Lifecycle Manager Download

Choose 'Start Download' to Download the Files

• No web services for Software Lifecycle Manager

the button Start Download is not available.

what can we do for fix this problem?
