System hanging on updating NUMC field in ALV grid

I have a column with field type NUMC 5 in ALV grid.

when user tries to enter the same number 5 in two different rows and hits enter the system hangs up and gives this abend message after some time

"message 999999 reached. Log is fullu2019.

Please help me on this
