How to add planned overtime in the system?

My client requirement is to add planned overtime in the system. Each organization unit has planned its overtime at the start of the month. Is there any privilege that system provide to add the planned overtime?

Can you elaborate on what exactly the real world scenario is here and how it is currently dealt with.

The requirement is clear and straight forward. We have planned overtime in the start of the month for example, 1 hour daily overtime. We need to compare the planned overtime vs actual overtime at the end of the month for BI analysis. I hope I am pretty much clear.

You would probably be better off asking this question in a BI forum.

In our case actual payroll costs post to FI and BI.

Planning is done in BI (BCS I believe) and reporting on actual vs planned is done from there.

The data is replicated from ECC, not BI. So its not to be posted on BI Forum.
