How to attach link to objects and attachments in user decision task

Hi,

I had a requirement in such a way that whenever a user decision is provided for my workflow i need to provide the user to display/change. In order to approve the same.

The details are mentioned below:

object ID used is FIPP. And the transaction used to create is FV50 (Parking a document)

When we look at the preview of the workitem in SAP Inbox Transaction SBWP, that is generated because of a user-decision step in workflow. There is a section "objects and attachments" it is displaying "No attachments or objects".

The requirement is to display the document information as a link beneath the section "objects and attachments". When the link is selected it should go to the display transaction.

My question is, how can we acheive this requirement, of displaying the document informationcombination of document number, company code and fiscal year as a link and when selected it should display the document created.

Hey u can use the methods tab to display your document..................In the task there is one tab called methods. In this tab there are 3 sections :1) secondary methods(amodal call) 2) methods before workitem execution (modal call) 3) methods after workitem execution (modal call).

You can use the 2nd option for your requirement using Display method of FIPP and it works well.

We geenrally add link to the associated business object under the onjects and attachment section in user decision. Please refer to the link:

Can u please explain how u resolved the issue. I tried the same as mentioned i.e.

copying standard task to custom task

And i have mentioned this custom task in decision task

i have created a my BO FIPP in custom task

IN bindings i have assigned FIPP of workflow to FIPP(Created in TASK) to TASK

I am in right way?please correct if i am wrong
