Regards,

Ujjwal

Hello Ujjwal,

you can check in some SPRO settings ...i Dont know exactly where to do..

IDoc is not required for this job.from SPRO we can copy data from one client another.

genrally Material master data will not transfer from Dev to Quality..

it transfer's from CRM sytem to R/3 or R/2 or FTP or APO sytems.

that data transfers between R/3 to R/3 in mean Dev to Quality takes place use RFC function modules using buffers..

Hi,

The below Process is same for ALE or EDI ...

but when we define the RFC(SM59) destination and Port(WE21) the difference come for EDI and ALE..

for EDI the RFC destination is XI or R/2 or FTP port or application server path..

for ALE the RFC port is mostly the R/3 connection

while Port(we21) creation ..

the Port for EDI is same as above mentioned types as extra ports XML and HTML and some other ports are available and we mention the path...

For ALE we mention the RFC detination..

see the below process of steps...

"Define segments: WE31

"Create new basic idoc type: WE30

"Create message type: WE81

"Link message type to IDOC basis type: WE82

"Create RDC destination: SM59

"Create logical system: SALE

"Create port: WE21

"Create partner profile: WE20

"Set up distribution model (If necessary): BD64
