workitem_id fielf empty in ptreq_header

Hi!

I was creating a workflow in a development system, and I've based my workflow working with the Workitem_id field of the PTREQ_HEADER table.

In development system it was working fine.

Now, we've made the transport of the workflow to the productive system, and when I create the leave request in this system, the field workitem_if of the PTREQ_HEADER table its empty.

Could anybody help me, please?

Hi everybody!

it was happened because the tasks of the workflow aren't general tasks. I have had to activate them in productive system and then it has work.

Please verify if the WF is triggered first of all? Can you ensure this? If the Wf is not triggered then

it might be empty, Check what WF is being used

Hi,

1st check where all transports are correctly went to the production system including your workflow and configuration.

2nd have you schedule a job for "RPTARQPOST" . you need to schedule job for "RPTARQPOST" in production system.
