Authorisation for ME22n

Hi

I want to give authorisation of ME22N(Change PO) to some of the user ids' but only before final releae of PO. AFter final release of PO i dont want to give authorisation of ME22n to those user ids'. How can i do this

Hi Kalpesh,

you are not supposed to do that, the Basis consultant has to do this.

Explain this scenario to Basis Consultant and he will do it.

HI,

Why do you want to control the Changes at Athorization level,

it can be done at release strategy level. Since release Strategy is also in place for you

just do the following

Any way your requiremnt is controlled by Release indicator

SPRO>Material Management>Purcahsing->Purchase order->Release procedure for purchase order--->Define release Procedure for the PO

In this Release Stategy config there is option called Release indicator

where in we have to define a release ID and this release ID ( Eg A ) has to be given '1 ' Cannot be changed.

And then we have to go to release Strategy option we can select the release strategy we want the change and in the Strategy

click on the release status and in this status we can give the ID defined earlier ( at which level what effect should come)

so that user after that strategy applied cant do any changes,even if he go to Me22n.

unless he derelease the same.
