Dear experts,
I am new to rebate process here business gave Rebate agreement number saying it is not accruing. by taking only rebate agreement number how can i understand rebate process belongs to this agrrement number .

Please first identify which rebate process you are using.
There are three types of rebate process existing.

For not accruing issue, usually it means the condition value for rebate condition doesn't update to info structure S060 (for old and new rebate process) or S469(for extended rebate process).
If you have rebate agreement number already, please open the rebate agreement via VBO3.
The press 'Conditions' button, you may check that whether there is condition type maintained there.
Please check below points for the affected billing document:
1)Whether the rebate condition type determined in billing document or not.
2)Whether the billing document has been released to accounting or not.
If the above points are fulfilled, then the accrual will be updated to info structure.
