Constant to have 2 values

Hi All,

IDM 7.2 sp8

Requirement: I have fixed approvers(2) for roles , to whom i need to send roles for approvals. But they are not role owners. They are HoD(head of department).

So, i am trying to use a single constant to contain these 2 approvers, which i have maintained as below in PVO

As i am not HoD, i am not able to see, if they have received the requests. Could you suggest , if this is the correct way

Hi Plaban,

Normally we fetch the approver throw script. You can create Role called HOD, assign that role to jones smith/hods and link this Role users/fetch this user as approvers. Hard coded users names, Usually better not to prefer.

Hi Jay,

Thanks for your help.

I have created 2 constants, and passed it in MX_APPROVER in the PVO..it might sound like a workaround.

the link that you gave is a brilliant document on approval.
