Measurement Document uploading

Dear Experts,

Following field names and table and in some cases are taken from the IK11 transaction to create a LSMW . All measurement document related datas are present in IMRG table but in IK11 it showing some structure for particular fields for example RIMR0 , IMPT etc . Which one to take ? Below are the fileds and table for IK11 . Is the list is complete to upload and create a measurement document ?
