Changing a Client number of ESB system

Hi Experts ,

I have a requirement wherein i have a role in the portal front end , but it takes me to ESB (ECC sandbox client number : 200) . I want the client number to be changed to 300. Kindly suggest .

Open the iview property, there check the system its using. Now go to system administration -> system configuration and open the system. There you change the property client no.

Deb's suggestion will change the client for all iViews that use that system alias. For ticket based SSO you also need to add the portal's SID and client to STRUSTSSO2 in client 300.

The other suggestion will cause that single iView to go tot client 300. The SSO setup must also be done.

put sap-client=300 in the application parameter of iview of the role
