getting below error while creating Scheduling agreement (LP) with ref to Contract (WK)

"Contr. release order only allowed for sch. agmts. w. time-dep. conditions"

How to resolve this? What is this error says?

Price maintained in contract, will it copy to Scheduling agreement?
