Hi all,
Due to stock unavailability it is going to cogi. In the stock overview i can see it as reserved quantity. Without updating the stock cogi is getting cleared with 0 qty. I can check this thing in mb51 with 261 mvt and 0 qty.
Can any one explain why it is happening this way, and what should be the corrective action.
Thanks and regards,
D.Dutta
Hi,
Usually it will not happen, somebody would have put 0 against the error in cogi and saved it.

Hi Debasish,
No you can post goods issue from COGI also,Putting 0 and saving if dont want to do GI.If you want to do GI from COGI,put the stock first in to MMBE and then Just save the cogi, error will be cleared from COGI.
Error came to COGI because of some stock deficit for that material, you bring the stock and then go to cogi select the line item and then save.
Hi Debashish,
Yes the next option is doing MB1A and issuing the components which were missed.Better give instructions to the guys whoever processing the COGI that not to put 0 qty and close the COGI.
If stock is not there, tell them to keep that entry as it is and once stock came then just go and refresh the Cogi.
If error in confirmation by CO11N this COGI error comes either in 261/101 movements.

Bom dia, pessoal
Estou com um problema no relatório da COGI.
Já habilitei os seguintes falg’s:
Flag de movimento de mercadoria;
