Changing the search criteria in CIC0 in R/3

Hi,

I am working on a modification project for CIC0 in SAP R/3 4.6 . In the standard the ISUSDPART is using business partner as the basis of search, and other components like navigation area and application area are also using the same business partner. Is there any configuration/coding possible so that the search can be changed to be based on device location rather than the business partner, sothat all workspaces should be using device location instead of business partner for search.

It will be of great help if anybody can address this requirement.
