Groupware connector installation

Hi ,

I need to install the groupware connector for the CRM system. I would like to confirm wether we need to install the groupware connector in the host where CRM is running or in the exchange server ?

Did anyone installed this already ? please suggest me.

Hi Manoj,

I have gone through the help documents and for installing i am following the documents which is menitoned in the thread

As per my understanding the groupware connector should install in Exchange server ( acts as groupware server) and we need to configure the conenction to CRM server through http protocol.

Please correct me if i am wrong.

Whose responsibilty to do the customizing configuration for groupware adapter in the CRM system ? CRM consultant or BASIS consultant. Please suggest me .
