Need more masterdata for 0fiscyear

I have created a planning query used to do sales planning per fiscal year. I use a filter with offset on 0fiscyear to make the query layout to show next year and the 2 following years. So, if I run the planning query now it should show input fields for year 2010, 2011 and 2012. On the advanced tab for the characteristic 0fiscyear I have chosen Access type for result values to be Masterdata. The problem is that I do not have any master data on year 2012. Therefore my query just show input fields for year 2010 and 2011.

The characteristic 0fiscyear has a masterdata table but it is empty. It also uses a Master data access class (this is sap standard). If I use transaction rsdmd a can add masterdata for 0fiscyear but it is not these years that appear in the planning query or in the selection screen.

My question is, where is the master data for fiscyear located (it is not in the standard tables shown in the characteristic maintenance screenu2026.). And how can I add more years?

We use BI 7.0 with SAP_BW 19.
