can we change controlling indicator from year

we created controlling area from 2008 april to 9999

also we made transactions also now we would like to change from year 2007 april to 9999

can we change it plz suggest me

Hi mvnr,

yes, it is possiable

go to Maintain Controlling Area (OKKP)--> Select your Controlling Area

Double Click Activate Components in the left side

go to new Entries, give the new Fiscal year and Active the components which one you are using in your controlling Area..........

what new entries i have to give what i have given already existing controlling area plz make sure

your Controlling Area already exist in 2008 to 9999 rt?

In the New Entries you have to give the Fiscal year 2007 only, It will take and your Controlling Area is valid 2007 to 9999
