tables of VA23

Hi,

When i enter Quoatation number then right click on cofiguration. On the Characteristics value Assignment screen , click on result on upper tool bar. it displays the result (level, components, qty etc..) . I have to compare these components with CS03. from which table should i get components from va23.

hi khushi,

just check the tables VBAK,VBAP and track a purticular quotation and check in the vbak table and go for the vbap ,here all the data is present in it.

I know that i will get the details in VBAK and VBAP ,but i want the sales quotation BOM Components to compare with material BOM ( CS03).

use the fields STLNR (Bill of material) AND STPOS(Bill of material item number VBAP not used) and make upa link with BOM tables...

i hope it will help u out. revert back if u wanna know more.

Type(VBTYP Field) in VBAK, VBAP Tables for Enquiry VBTYP = A, for Quotation u2018Bu2019 & for Order it is u2018Cu2019.)
