Inter-company Transactions with Sample Documents

Is it possible to make inter-company transactions when using the "Post with Reference" function to call a Sample Document? From the screens it looks like Sample Documents can only use the FB01 transaction to post and I don't see any fields to place the receiving company code as you would in FB50 or other enjoy transactions.
